Common questions
Do I need a Poly Account?
No. PolyOS works fully offline and updates without one. An account adds device management, recovery and sync.
How do I update PolyOS?
Settings › Updates (or About › Update now). Without internet, download the newest ISO and install over it.
I forgot my Poly Account password
Use Forgot password (with a verified email) or your recovery key.
How do I remove a computer from my account?
Poly Account › Devices › Manage device › Remove device. PolyOS keeps working on it.
Something doesn't work after installing
Open Driver Manager first; many problems are a missing driver. The troubleshooting list covers the rest.
